To register and maintain an account on PakSupar, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one PakSupar account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function or contact PakSupar support.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. PakSupar reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age and payment method ownership. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account closure.
Your PakSupar account is personal to you and you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under it. You must keep your login credentials — your mobile number, password and any security codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with anyone else.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login details have been compromised in any way, you must contact PakSupar support immediately. PakSupar will not be liable for losses resulting from account access by third parties where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.
PakSupar operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be asked at any point to submit identity documents, including:
Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. PakSupar will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the account holder's verified details. Accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent documents will be closed and any balance forfeited.
PakSupar accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. PakSupar does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that belong to and are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to other individuals or businesses — are not permitted and will be returned or used as grounds for account review.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your PakSupar account. The following conditions apply:

PakSupar reserves the right to amend, withdraw or alter any promotion at any time. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the PakSupar platform.
All bets and games on PakSupar are governed by the rules of the individual game or market as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
Live casino games on PakSupar are streamed in real time from professional studios. The result of each round is determined by the physical dealing or spinning of equipment on camera. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection mid-round, PakSupar's system will attempt to complete the round automatically. If this is not possible, the stake will be returned. No additional claims will be accepted on the basis of a disconnection.
Sports betting markets on PakSupar are offered subject to availability and are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport. PSL and cricket markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. PakSupar's decision on sports bet settlements is final in cases of dispute.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PakSupar and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
PakSupar employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited behaviour. Where such behaviour is detected, PakSupar will act without prior notice, including closing accounts and withholding balances pending investigation.
All content on the PakSupar platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, live dealer streams, odds data, promotional materials and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of PakSupar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PakSupar platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any PakSupar content without our prior written consent.
PakSupar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PakSupar's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

PakSupar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
On suspension or termination of an account, PakSupar will conduct a review of the account's transaction history. Where no breach is identified and the account closure is at the player's request, any verified real-money balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
Where PakSupar terminates an account due to breach of these Terms, the decision to pay out or withhold any balance will be made following a full review and PakSupar's decision will be final.
Closing your account: You may request to close your PakSupar account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is separate from account closure — self-exclusion temporarily blocks access while account closure is permanent. Please be clear about which you are requesting.
PakSupar reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PakSupar will notify active players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address urgent security concerns.
The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the PakSupar website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
