PakSupar is built for entertainment. We want every Pakistani player to enjoy the platform long-term — and that means giving you the tools, information and support needed to stay in control of your gambling. This page tells you everything you need to know.
18+ only · Self-exclusion available instantly · No approval required
Responsible gaming is not a disclaimer PakSupar adds to the footer to tick a box. It is a genuine, operational commitment that shapes how we build the platform, how we monitor accounts and how we respond when a player needs support.
PakSupar is entertainment. Most players use the platform the way it is meant to be used — a bit of cricket betting during a PSL match, a few rounds of Andar Bahar in the evening, a slot session over the weekend. For the vast majority of players, gambling stays exactly where it should: fun, occasional and well within their means.
But problem gambling is real, and it affects a small percentage of players in every market — Pakistan included. PakSupar is clear-eyed about this. We have built responsible gaming into the platform as a core feature, not an afterthought. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion are all built directly into your PakSupar account settings. You do not need to call a helpline, wait for a review or explain yourself to anyone. You set a limit, it is applied. You request self-exclusion, it is activated. That is how it should work.
If you need help right now: Contact PakSupar support via live chat and tell us you want to activate self-exclusion or set a deposit limit. We will action it immediately, in English or Urdu, no questions asked.
Every single one of these tools is accessible from your PakSupar account settings page — no waiting period, no form submission, no support call required.
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month directly from your PakSupar account settings. Once a limit is set, you cannot exceed it — even if you request an increase, the higher limit takes 24 hours to take effect (the reduction is always instant). You choose the amount in PKR and the period.
Set a cap on how much you are willing to lose over a defined period. When your losses reach the limit you have set, PakSupar will prevent you from placing further bets until the period resets. A daily loss limit of Rs 1,000 means that once you have lost Rs 1,000 that day, the platform stops accepting bets from your account until the next day.
Set a maximum total betting volume per day, week or month. This works alongside loss limits — where a loss limit caps what you can lose, a wager limit caps the total amount you can stake, regardless of wins or losses. Both can be active simultaneously for comprehensive financial control over your PakSupar sessions.
Set a session duration reminder that alerts you after you have been playing for a specified period of time. You choose the interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours. When the reminder triggers, PakSupar shows you how long you have been playing and gives you the option to take a break or continue. It is your decision — but the reminder makes sure it is a conscious one.
The reality check feature shows you your net position (total wagered minus total won) at regular intervals during your session. Knowing your actual financial position in real time — rather than only what you remember — is one of the most effective tools for keeping a session in perspective. Available in PKR so the numbers are immediately meaningful.
Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently suspends your PakSupar account and blocks your access to the platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours up to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — by design. Your real-money balance will be paid out. This tool exists to be used.
When you set or tighten a limit on PakSupar, it applies instantly. There is no cooling-off period for making your limits more restrictive. Only increasing a limit has a delay — and that delay is there to protect you, not to frustrate you.
Using PakSupar's responsible gaming tools does not mark your account in any way. Our support team handles self-exclusion requests with the same professionalism as any other query. You will not be asked why, or talked out of it.
Setting up limits or self-exclusion on PakSupar takes under two minutes. Here is exactly how to do it.
Go to paksupar.com/login and sign in with your registered mobile number and password. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the login page or contact support directly.
Click on your account icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu. On mobile, tap the menu icon, then your account profile, then "Settings".
In the account settings panel, find the "Responsible Gaming" tab. This is where all PakSupar's player protection tools are housed — deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session reminders, reality check and self-exclusion are all in one place.
Choose the tool you want, enter the value you want (in PKR for financial limits, in hours/days for time tools) and confirm. The change takes effect immediately. You will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number once the limit is active.
If you need any assistance activating tools, or if you would prefer to have a team member set up your exclusion or limits for you, our support team is on live chat 24/7 in English and Urdu. Tell us what you need and we will sort it immediately.
Can't access your account to set self-exclusion? Contact PakSupar support directly via live chat — you do not need to be logged in to request account exclusion. Provide your registered mobile number and we will process it from our side.
Most people who gamble never experience problems. But gambling can become harmful for some individuals. These are the signs worth knowing — whether for yourself or someone you care about.
Chasing losses. Placing bigger bets to win back money you have already lost, or continuing to play after a losing session specifically to recover what was lost. This is one of the most common and most dangerous patterns in problem gambling.
Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose. Using rent money, household funds, borrowed money or salary intended for bills to fund gambling sessions. If losing a particular session would create a genuine financial hardship, the stakes are too high.
Preoccupation with gambling. Spending significant amounts of time thinking about gambling when not playing — planning future sessions, replaying past wins and losses, researching bets obsessively. When gambling occupies mental space that is out of proportion to time actually spent playing, that is a signal worth taking seriously.
Hiding or lying about gambling. Concealing how much you have spent or how often you play from family members, or feeling that you need to downplay your gambling activity to avoid concern. The need to hide it suggests, on some level, you already know it has gone too far.
Unable to stop despite wanting to. Attempting to cut down or stop gambling and being unable to — regardless of the consequences you have already experienced. This is the clearest indicator of compulsive gambling behaviour.
Neglecting responsibilities. Missing work, falling behind on family obligations, letting relationships deteriorate or skipping important commitments because of gambling — or because of the stress, debt or preoccupation that gambling has caused.
Answer these five questions honestly. This is not a diagnostic tool — but it can help you notice patterns worth thinking about.
Several widespread beliefs about gambling lead people to make riskier decisions than they intend. Here is a clear-eyed look at some of the most common ones.
PakSupar operates a strict 18+ policy and verifies the age of every account during the KYC process. But online age verification is not a substitute for parental awareness and household-level controls. If you share a device with children or young people under 18, there are additional steps worth taking to ensure they cannot access PakSupar or any other gambling platform:
Most smartphones and computers — including Android, iOS and Windows devices — have built-in parental control or screen time features that allow specific websites to be blocked. Setting these at the device level prevents access to gambling sites regardless of the browser used.
Many home internet routers in Pakistan allow the creation of website blocklists that apply to your entire home network. Consult your router's settings or your internet service provider's parental control options to block gambling-related websites across all devices connected to your home Wi-Fi.
Keep your PakSupar login credentials private and log out of the platform after every session. Do not save your password in a shared browser. Use a strong password that is not used for any other account, and consider enabling two-factor authentication on your PakSupar account for additional security.
Talking honestly with young people about gambling — what it is, how it works mathematically and why it is an adults-only activity — is more effective than purely technical controls. Young people who understand the mechanics of gambling are less likely to be drawn to it by misconceptions about easy money.
If you believe a minor has registered on PakSupar, contact our support team immediately at support@paksupar.com. We will investigate and close the account immediately, returning any deposited funds.
PakSupar is designed to be enjoyed within a budget you are comfortable with. Every account comes with built-in responsible gaming tools that are there whenever you need them — set a limit today and play knowing you have a safety net in place.
